» Entered in the political field during the year 1978 at the age of only 16.
» Held various and prestigious positions in politics since from college level.
» Became the Joint Secretary of Indian Youth Congress (IYC) in 1996.
» As an office bearer of IYC participated the meeting of the Young Liberals of Switzerland (YLS) at SWITZERLAND, during May 1998.
» On the invitation of Young Organization of Democratic for young political leaders, he visited MACEDONIA during September 1999.
» Visited VIETNAM in January 2000, to attend International Meeting of World Federation for Democratic youth.
» Visited CUBA in July 2000, to attend the 1st Preparatory Meeting for the World Youth Festival for Youth and Students.
» Hosted a 108 member s delegation from 62 countries for the 2nd preparatory meeting in New Delhi in December 2000.
» Attended the preparatory meeting in ALGERIA for the 15th World Youth Festival for Youth and Students during May 2001.
» Visited U.S.A. on the invitation of American Council of Young Political Leader (ACYPL) during September 2001 and also he is the eye witness to the terrorist 9/11 attack on Pentagon at Washington during this period. » Attended World HIV/AIDS conference held at BARCELONA, Spain during the year July 2002.
» Visited ISRAEL in July 2003 on the invitation of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs as a high profile delegation of Indian Young leadership.
